Welcome! This website will cover all the information you will need to know about three energy systems and how they relate to taekwondo and ways the performance can be improved for next year.
Throughout the human body there are three main energy systems that control our body movements when participating in sporting activities or just basic physical activities. These three energy systems being ATP-CP also known as creatine phosphate, the Lactic acid system and finally the Aerobic system. These three systems all contribute to how an athlete performs and is determined by the duration and intensity of the performance.
